Tsukuru Ten Ten(Make 10 Marten) is a Mahjong style set collection game in which 2 to 4 players race to build a hand of red and blue number tiles which is equivalent to exatcly 10 in value. In a round, each player is dealt a starting hand of 7 tiles and can take one of 3 actions:
