Description

After the unification, the royal palace of the state of Qin became the palace of the first emperor Qin Shi Huang. The palace was a magnificent building, and it can be added to the game using the following rules: The royal palace can be established on 4 yellow Governor tiles if these form the corresponding shape. The same rules apply for the royal palace as for pagodas, including the '2 green Trader tiles' and 'Peasants’ Riot' rules.
