Eclipse: Second Dawn for the Galaxy – Expanded Galaxy includes extra components and rules needed for 7-9 player games. This includes extra Technology Tiles, Ship Part Tiles, Reputation Tiles and 2 Start Player Markers. This expansion also includes an Alliances variant, that can be used with 4+ players.
Please note that you'll also need extra species to add more players to the game. Both Seekers & Outcasts species expansions will allow 2 extra players per expansion to the game. The player count cannot be increased above 9 players.
