At the end of every quarter of the year, you will face a producer to earn your income. However, writing is not an easy job, so you have to help each other and deal to find the right words of inspiration. Earning a lot of money may not necessarily be the road to your success because at the end of the year it's the most important reputation in the industry that determines your victory.
