A crossover promotional character created by Nokomento (Eunice Tiu) herself, Lucius is a build up brawler fighter with three shackle cards which all begin the game locked. Whenever Lucius stuns his opponent with an attack, he may choose to deal no damage to instead unlock one of his shackles, granting him a permanent stat boost for the rest of the game.
