Why we built this

We can't build it alone.

WR-Games is a platform for the people who keep local game nights running — organizers, hosts, regulars. The platform only works if it's shaped by them.

The Founders Table is how we invite the first hundred or so to help. Real feedback, real edge cases, real local context — in exchange for lifetime access to the best plan we offer.

No exclusivity bullshit. No "you've been chosen." Just: here's what we're building, here's what you get, here's how to apply.

Who it's for

Open to anyone who cares.

Anyone can apply. We're filtering for people who'll actually use the platform and help shape it — not for a specific job title.

Organizers & hosts

You run a group, a recurring meetup, or a regular session. You feel the rough edges and you have opinions about fixes.

Co-organizers & helpers

You don't own the group but you keep it moving — handling RSVPs, setting up, welcoming newcomers.

Regular attendees

You show up. You bring games. You know the difference between a great game night and a missed one.

Collectors & enthusiasts

You mostly play at home, but you care about the broader ecosystem and want to see it healthier.

What we ask in return

What being a founder actually looks like.

Lifetime Pro is the gift. The work is light, but it's real — three small commitments, none of them on a clock.

Show up

Use the platform, often.

Run your meetups on it, or attend the ones that do. Real usage beats polished feedback every time.

Speak up

Tell us when it's broken.

A two-line note when something doesn't work the way you expected. We read every one — a human, same week.

Shape it

Help decide what's next.

Short interviews, the occasional survey, early looks at features before they ship. Opt in to what fits your week.

How it works

Four steps, mostly waiting.

Rolling cohorts stay deliberately small so we can read every submission. We review weekly — we won't promise a window we can't keep.

01

Apply

Tell us about you and how you'd help. The form takes 5–10 minutes.

02

We review

Applications are read by a human, weekly. No bots, no scoring.

03

Status in your inbox

You'll get an email when you're approved or declined — we don't publish status on your public profile.

04

Welcome, founder
